How do I know if my symptoms are truly hormonal or if it's something else?

Many complaints (fatigue, mood swings, irregular menstruation, weight gain) are automatically called “hormonal”, but they can also arise from deficiencies, stress, intestinal problems or liver strain.
My approach begins with a thorough intake and assessment so we can distinguish between what's truly hormonal and what's a result of a systemic imbalance . This way, we address both the root cause and the symptom.

How quickly can you see improvement and is it permanent?

This varies from person to person and depends on the degree of disruption, duration of complaints and how consistent you are with the plan.
Many women notice a difference within weeks to a few months : a more regular cycle, fewer PMS symptoms, and more stable emotions.
For lasting recovery, I work with monitoring, adjustments, and integration — so that your body slowly “renews” itself and remains in balance.

Should I stop taking hormonal medication or the pill if I start this treatment?

No, not without consultation. My approach is complementary, not a replacement.
If you're taking medication or hormone therapy, we'll always discuss together what can be safely maintained, reduced, or adjusted. I'll tailor my plan to your specific situation, respecting what you're already taking.

Many supplements are not absorbed anyway — does supplementing make sense then?

That's a valid question. It's true that many supplements are poorly absorbed or "pumped out" through excretion.
That's why I work with:

  • measurement to know what your body really lacks
  • bioavailable forms for better absorption
  • synergy with essential oils and cell communication signals

This way you minimize waste and increase impact.

Is it safe to do this, especially with fertility or pregnancy in mind?

Yes, provided it is applied carefully and expertly.
We use safe dosages, hormone-supporting substances that are demonstrably mild, and take your life stage into account (preconception, pregnancy, etc.).
Always in consultation with (or in coordination with) your midwife, gynaecologist or GP where necessary.

What if I've already tried "lots of pills, lots of stress, and lots of processes" — does it still work?

Yes – especially for women who have already tried everything, this approach can be refreshing.
Because we do not assume standard protocols, but your unique meta-system .
By re-measuring, listening to your body and gradually restoring your deficiencies and imbalances, you can often break through where others get stuck.

What if I've tried absolutely everything (sleep schedule, diet, meditation) and still can't sleep?


I hear that often. The difference in my approach is that I don't guess or just offer lifestyle tips, but instead use measurements to identify what's truly wrong in your system. Often, it turns out there's a combination of deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, and nervous system stress at play.
