That happens often.
When tests reveal nothing but complaints persist, we take a broader approach. Together, we explore where the imbalance might lie and what the body needs to recover. The primary imbalance often becomes apparent during the initial consultation.

2. Is this a replacement for regular care?

No.
This support complements regular care. We offer supportive care and focus on strengthening the body's self-healing capacity.

3. How exactly does the measurement work?

With a hand-held biofeedback device we measure almost 300 biomarkers.
The test is painless and takes just a few minutes. It provides insight into systems that may be out of balance. It is not a medical diagnosis, but a tool for targeted guidance.

4. How do I know if this is right for me?

During the initial consultation, we'll discuss your concerns and expectations. There's no obligation. We'll first assess whether the approach is appropriate for your situation.

5. Do you also work online?

Yes.
Consultations are available in the Algarve and online. The support remains personalized and tailored, even remotely. Many of our clients only have online consultations.

6. Can I get personal wellness advice?
Yes, we offer 1-on-1 coaching and biomarker scans for a personalized plan.
