How do I know if I'm “just tired” or if I have burnout or chronic exhaustion?
The difference lies in the intensity, duration, and lack of recovery after rest. With burnout or chronic fatigue, you often experience:
- constant exhaustion, even after sleep
- difficulty concentrating, memory loss
- physical complaints (pain, stomach complaints, palpitations)
- emotional distress, irritability
- declining motivation and meaninglessness
If these complaints persist for weeks or months and gradually worsen, this is a strong signal that there are deeper imbalances at play — and not “just stress.”
Can Long COVID be considered a form of chronic exhaustion or “post-viral burnout”?
Yes — Long COVID often overlaps with mechanisms of chronic fatigue and burnout: immune imbalance, mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammatory responses, and hormonal dysregulation are often involved. ( nhcmed.com )

How quickly can you expect improvement with my recovery path?
Results vary depending on:
- the severity of the exhaustion or Long COVID
- duration of complaints
- presence of additional imbalances
- your commitment to lifestyle, peace and integration
In practice, I often see changes within weeks to a few months : better sleep, more energy peaks, fewer crashes, clearer thinking. But truly lasting recovery sometimes takes 3–6 months or longer, and it's not a race.
Is this safe, and can you cause harm with oils, supplements, or “recovery plan”?
Safety is an absolute must for me. Therefore:
- I first work with a thorough intake and measurement
- I only use substances that have been proven safe in low, therapeutic doses
- Do I combine this with monitoring and adjustment?
- I work with a principle: do no harm (namely no overload)
Essential oils and supplements are only used when your body needs them, not just “for the idea”.
Isn't everything you take excreted - is there any point in supplementing?
That's a legitimate concern. Yes, many supplements are poorly absorbed or partially lost.
That's why I work with:
- measurement : to know exactly which substances your body lacks
- bioavailable forms : so that absorption is better

Should I stop what I'm already doing (medication, therapy)?

My process works well precisely because of integration: I look at what can be safely combined, what can be supported or phased out (in consultation), and where we create synergy.
What if I've suffered more damage - relapsed, continued loss of energy or "crashes"?
